Ibrahim Jamilalla El Safi. Strategic Program Development Leader – Hear Best Audiology Center. Jamilallah is a seasoned Program and Development Specialist with over 22 years of leadership experience across Sudan, Uganda, and Rwanda. He holds an MBA from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, and had successfully led and supported initiatives funded by international organizations and donors, including the European Union (EU), United Nations (UN), World Bank, Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), and International Organization for Migration (IOM). Jamilallah brings deep expertise in program design, donor engagement, and strategic development, driving innovative and community-centered solutions that promote resilience and sustainable growth. At Hear Best Audiology Center, He leads the Center’s strategic efforts to strengthen collaboration with donors, international agencies, research institutions, hospitals, and the Ministry of Health in Rwanda. The Hear Best Center is pioneering the introduction of advanced European (Swedish) audiology technology to improve access to quality ear and hearing care services. Through these partnerships, the Center is committed to enhancing hearing health, supporting children and people with disabilities, and building a more inclusive and healthier Rwandan society.
